By accessing and using Tender Radar ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the App. Prohibited behaviour includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within the App.
Access to Tender Radar requires a registered organisation account authenticated via Google or Microsoft OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for restricting access to your device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to North 47 or its affiliates. Nothing contained in the App should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any trademark displayed in the App without our written permission.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included in the App.
In no event shall North 47, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the App.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
